About the Role
Astrotalk Store is looking for a Retail Sales Executive to join our offline store at Worldmark, Sector 65, Gurugram. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, has strong communication skills, and can create a great in-store shopping experience.

What You’ll Do:
• Greet and assist customers visiting the store in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products accordingly
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and ongoing offers clearly
• Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the purchase journey
• Handle customer queries and concerns professionally
• Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets
• Assist with billing, product displays, stock arrangement, and basic inventory management
• Ensure the store and product displays are clean, organized, and presentable
• Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases




• Stay updated on products, offers, and recent launches to effectively assist customers

• Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply
• Good verbal communication skills with a strong command of English and Hindi

• Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or store operations
