Responsibilities
• Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Utilize Excel to create and maintain project tracking documents, reports, and dashboards.
• Support the project manager in coordinating project activities and resources.
• Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, and status reports.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.
• Utilize basic NetSuite functionalities to assist in project tracking and reporting.
• Identify and escalate potential project risks and issues to the project manager.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions on project improvements.
Mandatory Skills
