We are looking for an experienced
AVP – Sales to lead the sales function and drive revenue growth for a leading real estate developer in Ghaziabad.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Real Estate Builders/Developers, extensive knowledge of Channel Sales, and a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams.
Candidate Requirements• 10+ years of overall experience in Real Estate Sales.




• Builder/Real Estate Developer experience is mandatory.
• Strong experience in Channel Sales and Channel Partner management.
• Good understanding of the Ghaziabad real estate market.
• Proven experience in achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Strong network of Channel Partners, Brokers and Real Estate Consultants.
• Experience in handling and mentoring large sales teams.
• Strong understanding of real estate sales processes, market dynamics and customer acquisition.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
• Candidates coming only from brokerage/consultancy firms without builder/developer experience will not be considered.
