Role Description The BIM Architect will be responsible for developing and managing Building Information Models for architectural projects, ensuring accuracy and coordination across all design stages. Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating architectural and construction drawings, preparing design documentation, and supporting submittals for approvals. The role involves close collaboration with architects, engineers, and project managers to maintain design intent, resolve clashes, and optimize workflows within BIM platforms.



This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, requiring active participation in team meetings, coordination sessions, and on-going project reviews.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Architecture with the ability to interpret design concepts and translate them into detailed documentation.
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, with experience in model creation, coordination, and clash detection.
• Capability to produce and manage Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings in line with project standards and local regulations.
• Experience preparing and reviewing Submittals, including design packages and documentation required for approvals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Working knowledge of industry-standard BIM and CAD software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, or similar tools).
