Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant with solid expertise in C#,.NET, JavaScript, Plugins, Custom Workflows, and Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, customizing, and supporting Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions.
• Develop and maintain Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, JavaScript, Ribbon Customizations, and Business Rules.
• Build integrations between Dynamics 365 and external applications using Web APIs, REST, SOAP, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
• Customize CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles.
• Develop Power Automate flows and support Power Platform integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in CRM environments.




• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver business solutions.

Required Skills
• 5-8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 CE development.
• Strong experience in:C#
• .NET Framework/.NET Core

• Ribbon Workbench
• Power Automate
• Power Apps
• Web API / REST Services
• Experience with Azure Services (Logic Apps, Function Apps, Service Bus) is preferred.
• Good understanding of Dynamics 365 security model and solution management.
• Experience in CRM migrations and upgrades is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
