We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented HR Qualified to support our HR Operations and Administration functions. This role is ideal for an HR professional with 1+ years of experience who is keen to build hands-on expertise across HR operations, employee lifecycle management, onboarding, HR documentation, employee engagement, office administration, and workplace coordination.

The individual will work closely with the HR team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations, accurate employee records, effective coordination, and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR Operations and Administration activities and ensure timely completion of routine HR processes.
• Maintain and update HR trackers, employee databases, spreadsheets, and HR records using MS Excel.
• Assist with employee onboarding and induction, including documentation, joining formalities, employee records, and coordination with relevant teams.




• Maintain accurate and organized employee files, HR documentation, personnel records, and administrative records.
• Support various stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee documentation, internal coordination, and separation-related activities.
• Coordinate with employees and cross-functional teams on HR, administrative, and operational requirements.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement and employee experience initiatives, including celebrations, birthdays, festivals, team-building activities, and internal events.
• Support employee engagement, workplace culture, and team bonding initiatives to foster a positive and cooperative work environment.
• Assist with internal HR communications, announcements, event coordination, and employee engagement activities.
