Role Description The Executive Assistant to Managing Director is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role involves providing high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and organizing appointments. The Executive Assistant will prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports, maintain records and files, and handle follow-ups on key tasks and action items. Day-to-day responsibilities also include screening calls and emails, coordinating internal and external communications, supporting meeting preparation and minutes, and liaising with departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications




• Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills to manage high-level tasks and priorities for senior leadership.
• Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance and Diary Management skills for organizing schedules, meetings, travel plans, and operational activities.
• Candidates should possess clear and qualified Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with internal teams and external partners.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email and calendar applications, and basic documentation and reporting skills.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to work independently under time constraints.
