Role Description

• The Sales Executive role at Echomind One is a full time, on-site position based in Bangalore, India.
• The Sales Executive will identify and qualify prospective clients, conduct outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and present ECHOMIND EXPLORER’s value proposition to organizations and individual professionals.
• Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline,



maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing proposals and pricing options, and following up to close deals.
• The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to align messaging, gathering client feedback, and participating in events or demos that promote the platform. -The Sales Executive is expected to build long-term relationships, meet revenue targets, and represent the company in a professional, client-focused manner.

Qualifications

• Proven sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities to explain complex solutions in a clear, engaging way.
• Experience with CRM tools, pipeline management, and basic sales reporting and analytics.
• Understanding of or interest in executive education, L&D;, HR, or professional development domains.
