Roles and Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal business stakeholders, Product Owners, and the development team.
• Facilitate clear communication to ensure mutual understanding of goals, constraints, and expectations.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation such as user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data models.
• Support prioritization and backlog management.
Skills Required:
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in a Technical Analyst or equivalent role.
• Strong Business Analysis and requirements engineering skills.
• Good understanding of Angular.
• Strong knowledge of Java.
• Good understanding of Microservices architecture.
• Experience in preparing functional and technical requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good documentation and technical writing skills.
Good to Have
• Knowledge or experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Understanding of AI-based solutions and their business applications.
• Experience preparing technical reports.
• Knowledge of up-to-date software architecture and cloud-based technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
