What you'll do
• Prepare and review US federal and state returns for individuals and businesses
• Research tax issues and support client tax planning
• Resolve client queries and communicate filing requirements and deadlines
• Analyze financial records and coordinate with the bookkeeping and accounting teams
• Maintain clear documentation and uphold our quality and compliance standards
• Mentor junior associates and help improve our processes

What we're looking for
• Hands-on experience preparing US federal and state tax returns (required)
• Knowledge of tax software such as ProSeries, Drake, or similar (UltraTax, Lacerte, etc.)
• Knowledge of US tax law, filing requirements,



and documentation standards
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation. CA, CPA, EA, or an equivalent certification is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with document management tools
• Sharp analytical skills, attention to detail, and reliability with deadlines
• Clear written and verbal communication

What you'll do
• Prepare individual (1040) and straightforward business returns under senior review
• Collect and organize client documents and enter data accurately
• Assist with state filings and basic tax research
• Support the team with client follow-ups and deadline tracking

What we're looking for
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience or relevant internship (US tax exposure is a plus)
• Familiarity with tax software such as ProSeries or Drake is helpful, and we'll train you
