Role Overview:
We are looking for an Dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive who can turn conversations into conversions and build genuine relationships with customers. You will connect with potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp and other digital channels, understand their concerns, recommend relevant Mono products, handle objections and convert qualified leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Contact and follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads, website, WhatsApp and other channels.
· Understand customers' acne, pigmentation, skincare and lifestyle concerns.
· Ask the right questions and identify customer needs before recommending products.
· Explain Mono products, benefits, usage and suitable combinations clearly.
· Convert leads into purchases through phone and WhatsApp conversations.
· Handle objections related to price, effectiveness, trust, results and product suitability.
· Maintain regular follow-ups with interested and undecided customers.
· Re-engage old, missed and abandoned leads.
· Maintain accurate lead and sales information in the CRM/lead sheet.
· Follow the defined sales process and communication guidelines.
· Coordinate with marketing and customer support teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
· Collect customer feedback and share recurring objections, questions and insights with the team.
· Consistently achieve individual sales and conversion targets.
