Role Description This is a full-time, in office Customer Service Representative role based in Mumbai. The Customer Service Representative will handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social channels, providing accurate information about orders, products, and platform features. The role includes resolving issues, processing returns or exchanges, escalating complex cases when needed, and documenting interactions in the customer support system.



The representative will collaborate with internal teams such as operations, logistics, and brand partners to resolve customer concerns promptly and maintain high satisfaction levels. The position also involves gathering customer feedback, identifying recurring issues, and suggesting improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support capabilities.
• Ability to maintain high Customer Satisfaction and deliver a positive Customer Experience.
• Experience working as Customer Service Representatives or in similar client support roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional Indian languages is an advantage.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, e-commerce platforms, and basic office software.
