Roles & Responsibilities:
• Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.




• Monitor daily performance and optimize for KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CPL.
• Run keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B tests on ad copy and creatives.
• Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking using the Google Ads conversion tracking and Meta Pixel.
• Assist in media planning, including channel selection, budget allocation, and campaign scheduling.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and share insights with the Account Manager.

Requirements:
• 6 to 12 months of hands-on work in Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager (internships count).
• Solid grasp of key performance metrics, including CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
• Good command of Google Sheets or Excel, including formulas, filters, and basic pivot tables.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain campaign performance simply in reports, updates, and team discussions.
