Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Semarchy MDM Implementation Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Semarchy xDM, xDI, Snowflake, SQL, and Master Data Management.
The consultant will be responsible for implementing and supporting MDM solutions, configuring data models and match/merge rules, developing data integration pipelines, and working closely with data engineering, governance, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure and extend Semarchy xDM data models, entity views, match/merge rules, survivorship rules, and validation workflows.
• Design and develop Semarchy xDI integration jobs for loading, cleansing, and synchronizing data.
• Deploy and configure Semarchy xDM as a Snowflake Native App.
• Develop and optimize Snowflake SQL, including tables, views, stored procedures, tasks, and streams.
• Implement data quality, deduplication, hierarchy, and relationship management within MDM.
• Work with data governance and business teams to translate requirements into Semarchy configurations.
• Support UAT, defect resolution, performance tuning, and go-live activities.




• Prepare documentation including data models, mapping specifications, and operational runbooks.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to align MDM solutions with the broader Snowflake data platform.

Required Skills
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Semarchy MDM / Semarchy xDM
• Robust experience in Semarchy xDM data model design and match/merge configuration
• Experience with Semarchy xDI or equivalent ETL/ELT tools
• Strong practical experience with Snowflake
• Strong SQL skills
• Understanding of MDM concepts, including:
• Golden Record Management
• Survivorship
• Data Stewardship
• Data Quality
• Data Governance
• Experience working with large and complex datasets
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills

Good to Have
• Experience deploying Semarchy xDM as a Snowflake Native App
• Experience with Customer, Supplier, Procurement, Product, or Item Ma
