Role Description The International Business Development Executive – Commission Based will be responsible for identifying and cultivating current business opportunities in international markets, primarily for ToqNoq’s technology and digital solution offerings. This part-time, remote role involves researching target markets,



generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach via email, calls, and online meetings, and presenting ToqNoq’s services to prospective clients. The executive will build and maintain relationships with overseas clients, coordinate with internal teams to understand service capabilities, and ensure proposals align with client needs and expectations. Day-to-day tasks include managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating terms within company guidelines, and providing regular reports on business development activities and outcomes. Compensation for this role is commission-based, linked directly to successfully closed business.
