Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Operations Manager with strong agency-side experience to oversee the day-to-day planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization of multiple digital marketing branch.

The ideal candidate should understand how a digital marketing agency operates, be comfortable managing multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously, and have the ability to coordinate teams, monitor campaign performance, identify operational gaps,



and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and according to client objectives.

This is a hands-on operations and team-management role, not just a reporting or coordination position.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Operations
* Manage execution of SEO, Google Ads/Paid Search, Social Media, and Digital Media campaigns through teams.
* Coordinate campaign planning, execution, optimization, quality checks, and reporting.
* Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and within agreed timelines.
* Monitor campaign performance and identify areas requiring immediate action.
* Ensure campaign strategies and execution are aligned with client objectives and KPIs.

Performance & Analytics
* Track key performance metrics such as leads, conversions, CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, traffic, rankings, and engagement.
* Analyze campaign data and identify performance trends, issues, and opportunities.
* Work with campaign specialists to implement optimization strategies.
