Role Description The Site Engineer role at Aldecor India is a full-time, on-site position based in Bangalore Urban. The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal design teams, and ensure work progresses according to drawings, specifications, and schedules. Responsibilities include monitoring quality and safety standards, resolving technical issues on site,



and supporting structural and civil engineering aspects of interior build projects. The role also involves regular reporting on project status, maintaining documentation, and proactively addressing any delays or site constraints. The Site Engineer will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with Aldecor’s design and quality benchmarks.
