Role Responsibilities
• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP S/4HANA PP and QM.
• Troubleshoot production planning and quality-related issues within SLA.
• Support MRP, production orders, capacity planning, scheduling and shop-floor processes.
• Support QM processes including inspections, quality notifications, usage decisions and non-conformance.
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Support enhancements, testing, UAT, deployments and continuous process improvements.
• Coordinate with ABAP, BASIS, Security and Integration teams.
• Support manufacturing operations and business users in a highly integrated S/4HANA workplace.

? Preferred
• SAP S/4HANA PP/QM certification
• Manufacturing / Automotive / Pharma / Chemicals / Engineering experience
• AMS / Application
