About UsBigClicks Boon is a global digital marketing agency. We're hiring a graphic designer to lead creative for our largely B2B client portfolio where the challenge is making corporate, often unglamorous industries look sharp, distinctive, and scroll-stopping.
About the RoleMost of our clients are B2B — trade forums, energy/industrial brands, professional services — so this isn't your typical "product on a clean background" design job. You'll need to bring genuine creative range to categories that are usually visually boring, while still respecting the formality B2B audiences expect. Think: making a petroleum conference or a trade summit look as compelling as a D2C brand launch.
What You'll Do• Design LinkedIn and social creatives for B2B brands — event promos, thought-leadership carousels, speaker announcements, delegate/exhibitor graphics
• Create pitch decks, event brochures, and sponsorship/media kits that feel premium, not template-y




• Design email campaign creatives and landing page visuals for B2B lead-gen and event marketing
• Build ad creatives for LinkedIn/Meta/Google campaigns targeting business audiences
• Translate dry, industry-heavy content (conference agendas, whitepapers, delegate lists) into visually engaging assets
• Maintain distinct brand identities across multiple B2B clients — no generic "corporate blue" default
• Push creative concepts, not just execute briefs — we want ideas, not just clean layouts
What We're Looking For• Strong portfolio with B2B, corporate, or event/conference design work — or clear evidence you can elevate "boring" categories creatively
• Proficient in Figma/Photoshop/Illustrator
• An eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy that goes beyond safe/generic corporate design
• Comfortable designing decks, brochures, and long-format collateral, not just single social posts
• Ability to balance creative ambition with B2B audience
