The Role & Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking high-energy, commercially driven business development and marketing professionals who want to sit at the absolute foundation of a global business network.
As an Associate, you will actively own the outreach pipeline for our international platform memberships and drive high-ticket sponsorship and delegate acquisition for our global assemblies,



including UNBOUNDED.

• High-Impact Communication: Flawless English communication skills with a natural ability to pitch high-value corporate concepts, handle objections, and build international relationships.
• Commercial Drive: A robust focus on revenue generation, international brand outreach, pipeline data management, and strategic B2B event marketing.
• Startup Maturity: The ability to work independently in a lean 3-to-5 person team environment without manual supervision, managing global outreach across multiple time zones.
