About the Role
This is a senior, full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for someone ready to step up from managing a book to building one. As Head - Wealth Management, you will own and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients across Gujarat — Ahmedabad, Surat, and Baroda — while mentoring a small team of Wealth Relationship Managers. You'll work closely with Toros' founding team, shaping client strategy and sharpening the processes that will define how the firm scales. This role suits someone who already has a strong personal network in the region and is ready to lead, not just execute.





Responsibilities
• Acquire and manage HNI/UHNI client relationships.
• Drive AUM growth, revenue generation, and client retention.
• Provide advisory solutions across Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Fixed Income, Structured Products, and Insurance.
• Conduct portfolio reviews and deliver customized wealth management strategies.
• Build strong referral networks with business owners, CXOs, professionals, and family offices.

Qualifications
• MBA / PGDM (Finance, Marketing, or equivalent)
• CA, CFA, CFP certifications preferred

Required Skills
• 15+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Investment Advisory.
• Strong network and proven track record of managing/acquiring HNI/UHNI clients.
• Demonstrated success in AUM acquisition and revenue generation.
• Deep understanding of investment products and capital markets.
