We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Team Leader to lead and manage a team of Real Estate Agents/Sales Executives. The Team Leader will be responsible for driving sales performance, achieving team targets, managing leads, supporting client conversions, and ensuring effective execution of the sales process.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team-management skills, along with practical knowledge of the real estate sales process.
Key Responsibilities• Lead, manage, motivate, and guide a team of Real Estate Agents/Sales Executives.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives for the team.
• Ensure achievement of assigned team sales targets and revenue goals.
• Monitor individual team-member performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Generate and distribute leads among team members and ensure timely follow-up.
• Monitor the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to booking and closure.
• Assist team members in handling high-value clients and complex negotiations.




• Participate in client meetings, property presentations, and site visits when required.
• Develop strategies to improve lead conversion, site visits, bookings, and overall sales performance.
• Train recent team members on property projects, sales techniques, customer handling, and company processes.
• Track daily sales activities, calls, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
• Prepare and submit regular sales-performance reports to management.
• Identify underperforming areas and take corrective actions to improve team productivity.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure a professional client experience.
• Coordinate with management, marketing, CRM, and other internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, property pricing, inventory, and customer preferences.
