Job Summary:
Responsible for handling all government approvals, DISCOM coordination, and regulatory processes
related to rooftop solar projects (Residential & Commercial), ensuring timely approvals and compliance
with state policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle complete Net Metering / Net Billing / Gross Metering application process
• Submit applications on DISCOM portal and track approval status
• Coordinate with DISCOM officials for feasibility approval and sanction
• Prepare and submit required documentation (KYC, electricity bill, property papers, etc.)
• Coordinate for site inspection by DISCOM authorities
• Follow up for net meter installation and final approval
• Manage subsidy-related processes (if applicable – residential projects)
• Ensure compliance with state solar policies and regulations
• Resolve approval-related issues and delays
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all projects
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales,



project execution, design)
• Provide regular updates on approval status
Technical Knowledge Required:
• In-depth knowledge of Net Metering, Net Billing, and Gross Metering processes
• Solid understanding of DISCOM procedures, approvals, and documentation
• Familiarity with state-wise solar policies and regulations
• Knowledge of SLD (Single Line Diagram) and basic solar system details
• Understanding of subsidy schemes (MNRE / State Government)
• Experience with DISCOM online portals and application systems
Tools & Equipment Handling:
• MS Excel (Documentation tracking & reporting)
• DISCOM Online Portals (Application & tracking)
• Basic computer and documentation tools
