Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant who can
serve as the operational and execution bridge between the CTO and cross functional teams, including Engineering, Product, AI/ML, Security, and Business Functions. The role involves managing executive priorities, driving follow-through on strategic initiatives, coordinating leadership meetings, tracking action items and key deliverables, preparing executive reports and presentations, maintaining technology roadmaps and performance metrics, and translating complex technical discussions into clear business updates. The ideal candidate will
possess robust stakeholder management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to drive accountability while supporting high-impact technology and business initiatives.
