Responsibilities
• Support spectroscopy-based screening and identification demonstrations for institutional users.
• Develop sample-library workflows, validation plans and application documentation.
• Prepare technical compliance responses, operator training and approved demonstration protocols.
• Coordinate customer evaluations, troubleshooting and service handover.
• Document instrument limitations and refer results through the applicable laboratory/SOP workflow.
• Maintain demo readiness, training records and technical FAQs.

Candidate profile
Relevant B.Sc/M.Sc, pharmacy, chemistry, biomedical or instrumentation qualification. Preferably 5–10 years in analytical instruments, Raman/spectroscopy, laboratory applications or technical support. Strong scientific documentation and customer-training skills are valued.
