Role Description

This is a full-time, work-from-office Telecaller role based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

ONLY CANDIDATES CURRENTLY RESIDING IN INDORE SHOULD APPLY.

This is strictly a WORK-FROM-OFFICE position. Remote, work-from-home, hybrid, and candidates residing outside Indore are NOT eligible for this position.

The selected candidate will be required to work from our Indore office and will be responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to introduce Discoverwebsoft’s services, understand client requirements, and generate qualified leads.

Daily responsibilities include explaining service offerings,



answering queries, maintaining call records, managing follow-ups, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. The Telecaller will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support campaigns, share prospect feedback, and improve outreach strategies.

The role requires clear communication, qualified call handling, consistent follow-ups, and the ability to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
