Job description
We are looking for an experienced Institutional Sales / Business Development qualified
who understands how to sell complex education solutions to schools, educational
institutions, and decision-makers.

This is not a conventional field-sales role. You will be responsible for selling Innovation Labs,
Makerspaces, STEM/STEAM programs, curriculum, learning modules, and related education
solutions to schools and institutions.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience selling Innovation Labs, STEM/Robotics
Labs, EdTech solutions, curriculum, educational technology, assessments, SaaS, or similar
institutional solutions and should be comfortable engaging directly with school owners,
trustees, principals, management teams, and other senior decision-makers.

You should be able to understand an institution's requirements, conduct a consultative
discussion, demonstrate our solutions, build a business case, manage the sales cycle,
negotiate with decision-makers, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities




• Own the complete sales cycle for Innovation Labs, Makerspaces, STEM/STEAM programs, curriculum, learning solutions, and related products.
• Identify and develop relationships with school owners, trustees, principals, directors, academic heads, and senior management.
• Generate and develop a strong pipeline of institutional opportunities through direct outreach, references, networking, partnerships, events, and market development.
• Conduct consultative discussions with institutions to understand their requirements, existing infrastructure, academic objectives, budgets, and future plans.
• Present and demonstrate Makerspace Masters' Innovation Labs, learning modules, curriculum, technology solutions, and overall value proposition to decision-makers.
• Conduct product demos, presentations, workshops, and solution discussions with schools and institutions.
