Role Description This is a hybrid internship role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The Music Marketing Intern will support day-to-day marketing activities such as assisting with social media content, helping coordinate digital campaigns, and monitoring engagement across platforms. Responsibilities include conducting basic market and audience research, supporting artist development initiatives, organizing promotional materials, and helping prepare reports on campaign performance.



The intern will collaborate with the marketing and artist development teams, participate in brainstorming sessions, and contribute creative ideas to enhance artist visibility and brand identity.

Qualifications
• Demonstrated interest in Music and the Music Industry, with an understanding of current trends and audiences.
• Foundational skills or experience in Music Performance and Music Production that support artist-focused marketing perspectives.
• Background or coursework in Music Education or related fields that inform artist development and audience engagement.
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfort with social media platforms, digital tools, and basic analytics; familiarity with content creation is an advantage.
