Role: As a Talent Growth Associate – Campus, you are the primary hunter for early-career technical talent that powers Searce globally. You are not a high-volume, transactional "placement coordinator" or traditional campus administrator; you are a Tech Talent Consultant & Campus Brand Evangelist. You will tap into India’s high-density tech hubs (IITs, NITs, IIITs, BITS, top regional colleges) and strategic global university networks (APAC, Americas, EMEA) to spot high-potential "Solvers" built in the HAPPIER mold before anyone else does. Your goal is to engineer high-velocity campus drives, hackathons, and early-talent conversion pipelines that scale our global business units.
Major Roles & Responsibilities
1. Global Precision Campus Sourcing & Brand Evangelism (Excellence)
• Tier-1 University Engagement: Own end-to-end university hiring programs across premier technical institutions in India and strategic global university networks (APAC,
Americas, EMEA).
• Early-Talent Niche Spotting: Identify exceptional early-career talent specializing in Cloud Native Engineering, Applied AI/ML, Data Engineering, and Full-Stack Development.
• Brand Evangelism: Represent Searce’s culture code globally. Pitch Searce’s value proposition differently to an ambitious IIT/NIT graduate versus an international university candidate in Singapore, London, or San Francisco.
• Deep Tech Literacy: Hold engaging, high-level technical conversations with student leads, coding clubs, and candidates about up-to-date tech stacks—from RAG pipelines and Cloud Architecture (AWS/GCP) to DevOps and open-source contributions.
2. EVLOS-Based Early-Talent Evaluation (Value)
• The HAPPIER Screen: Conduct cultural alignment and potential vetting. Act as the primary global "front door" to Searce, ensuring every fresh graduate brings humility, adaptability, passion, and
