Summary

We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to help build and operate reliable, scalable, cloud-native platforms supporting mission-critical financial applications. In this role, you will own the design and operation of Kubernetes/OpenShift-based environments, including multi-cluster setups, and lead reliability, observability, and infrastructure-automation practices within your platform area. You will work closely with engineering, platform,



and security teams to resolve non-routine infrastructure problems, embed security into platform operations, and improve delivery velocity for the wider engineering organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate Kubernetes/OpenShift environments — including multi-cluster deployments, nodes, networking, storage, ingress, and operators — within your platform scope.
• Lead reliability engineering practices for owned platform areas, including SLIs, SLOs, alerting strategies, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
• Provision and automate infrastructure using Terraform, Helm, kubectl/oc, and GitOps workflows to reduce manual operational overhead.
• Operate on-prem and cloud (AWS) infrastructure — including enterprise networking, load balancers, DNS, certificates, and storage — with a focus on availability, capacity, performance, and cost.
