Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, remote job based in the Pune District. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and developing relationships with prospective and existing clients. Day-to-day work includes researching target markets, reaching out to potential customers via calls, emails, and meetings, presenting Perfisol IT Care’s services, and preparing proposals and quotations.



The Business Development Executive will manage client accounts, track sales activities in CRM tools, collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and report on pipeline, conversions, and market feedback to leadership.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Candidates should possess skills related to Business understanding and Account Management to nurture client relationships and support long-term growth.
