We are building relationships with sports and fitness brands across categories and creating a strong offline retail network across Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets.

We are looking for someone who understands the sports ecosystem, brands and distribution and loves building relationships.

Role Description We are looking for a senior leader to build and own Snukio's sports-brand ecosystem.

You will be responsible for identifying relevant sports and fitness brands, building relationships with them, negotiating commercial partnerships and onboarding them onto Snukio's retail network.

This role goes beyond traditional procurement. We are looking for someone who understands sports, brands, products, distribution and the retail ecosystem.

Key responsibilities




• Identify and onboard sports and fitness brands across multiple categories.
• Build strong relationships with brand owners, distributors and sales teams.
• Develop Snukio's brand portfolio across mainstream and niche sports.
• Identify gaps in the existing market and discover brands/products that can address those opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial terms, margins, credit terms, schemes and other partnership structures.
• Build mutually beneficial relationships with brands for long-term growth.
• Develop the brand onboarding and evaluation process.
• Work with retail and merchandising teams to determine the right assortment by store/location.
• Track brand performance and identify opportunities to increase sales and distribution.
