About the Role
Nijhawan Representations is looking for a creative, proactive and well-connected Assistant Manager / Manager – PR & Marketing to manage and execute PR, marketing, media, influencer and event-led initiatives for our portfolio of hospitality, tourism and travel brands.
The role will involve working closely with clients, Indian media, influencers, vendors and internal teams to create meaningful brand visibility and innovative marketing opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the luxury travel, hospitality, fashion and lifestyle media ecosystem, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage projects from ideation to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• PR & Media Relations

• Develop and execute PR strategies and communication plans for represented clients.




• Build and maintain strong relationships with Indian media across luxury travel, hospitality, fashion, lifestyle and business media.
• Regularly scout and identify relevant media opportunities, editorial features, interviews, awards, speaking opportunities and other visibility avenues.
• Develop compelling story angles and proactively pitch them to relevant media.
• Draft and coordinate press releases, media pitches, story proposals, media alerts and other PR communications.
• Maintain and continuously expand the media database and relationships.
• Monitor media coverage and ensure timely sharing of relevant opportunities and coverage with clients.
• Identify emerging media trends and opportunities that can create additional visibility for represented brands.

2. Influencer Marketing
• Plan and execute regular influencer marketing campaigns for represented clients.
• Identify relevant influencers and content creators across travel, luxury, lifestyle and relevant
