Role Description This is a full-time CA + LLB role based in Gurugram, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of in-office and work-from-home responsibilities.



The professional in this role will handle tax and regulatory compliance, including preparation, review, and filing of Income Tax, GST, MCA, and other statutory forms for domestic and cross-border clients. Day-to-day work will involve advising on corporate structuring, FEMA-related matters, NRI and family office tax planning, and ensuring adherence to multi-jurisdictional regulations. The role includes drafting and reviewing legal documents, agreements, and opinions, as well as representing clients before tax and regulatory authorities where required. Collaboration with internal teams and clients to deliver transparent, practical, and timely solutions is central to this position.
Qualifications

• Professional qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) and Bachelor of Laws (LLB), with active membership/eligibility to practice as per applicable regulations.
