WolfpackLabs is a growing venture ecosystem building and scaling brands across multiple categories. We are looking for a Content Strategist who can develop compelling content strategies, build brand narratives, and create content that drives visibility, engagement, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy
• Develop and execute content strategies across brands, platforms, and campaigns.
• Build monthly/quarterly content calendars aligned with business and marketing goals.
• Identify relevant trends, topics, formats, and cultural conversations.
• Develop content pillars and brand narratives for different businesses.
• Use audience insights and performance data to continuously improve content strategy.

Content Creation & Storytelling
• Develop concepts and briefs for social media, campaigns, reels, videos, blogs, website, and other digital content.
• Write strong hooks, captions, scripts, campaign concepts, and brand stories.




• Turn business ideas into engaging and easy-to-consume content.
• Work closely with designers, video editors, social media, and marketing teams to execute ideas.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual storytelling.

Social Media & Growth
• Develop content strategies specifically for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Understand what drives reach, engagement, shares, saves, followers, and conversions.
• Monitor content performance and provide actionable insights.
• Experiment with new content formats and trends to increase organic growth.
• Support product launches, campaigns, collaborations, and brand activations through content.

Research & Trends
• Stay updated on social media trends, creator culture, consumer behaviour, and emerging content formats.
• Research competitors and identify content gaps and opportunities.
• Bring fresh ideas and culturally rel
