Role Description The Manager HR & Administration will oversee all human resources and administrative functions to support smooth operations at the Chakan manufacturing facility. This full-time, on-site role includes managing recruitment and onboarding,



maintaining employee records, handling payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The manager will design and implement HR policies, performance management processes, and employee engagement initiatives, while addressing employee relations and grievance resolution. Day-to-day responsibilities also include supervising administrative services such as office management, vendor coordination, facilities and security, and health and safety support. The role collaborates closely with leadership and department heads to align HR and administrative practices with business objectives and operational requirements.
