Role Description This is a full time, on-site Telecaller role based in Ambattur. The Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls to support sales, service, and customer follow-ups for Kun Hyundai Chennai. Daily responsibilities include contacting potential and existing customers, explaining Hyundai vehicle features and offers, scheduling showroom visits and test drives, and coordinating with sales and service teams. The role also involves updating call records in the system, collecting customer feedback, resolving basic queries,



and escalating issues when required. The Telecaller is expected to maintain professional communication, meet call and conversion targets, and support overall customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills in English and local languages (e.g., Tamil); clear and polite telephone etiquette.
• Customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to handle queries, objections, and basic concerns professionally.
• Basic sales and persuasion skills, including the ability to explain product features, promotions, and value propositions over the phone.
• Data entry and documentation skills, with familiarity in using CRM or call management tools to update and track customer interactions.
• Time management and organizational skills to handle call volumes, follow-ups, and daily reporting efficiently.
