Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain end-to-end validation plans for automotive projects.
• Coordinate with system, testing, simulation, and project teams to ensure validation activities are aligned.
• Monitor test execution progress and consolidate validation results.
• Identify validation gaps, risks, and issues; drive corrective actions.
• Prepare milestone validation summaries and status reports.
• Support project reviews and Go/No-Go decisions.
• Ensure consistency between validation plans and prototype availability.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Required Skills
• Experience in Automotive Validation, Verification & Validation (V&V;), System Testing, or ECU Validation.
• Robust understanding of validation planning and test management.
• Experience with Functional Testing, Integration Testing, and System Validation.
• Knowledge of automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, Ethernet, and UDS.
• Familiarity with automotive cybersecurity concepts including ECU Security, Diagnostic Security, and Cybersecurity Validation.
• Understanding of ISO/SAE 21434 and automotive cybersecurity lifecycle is preferred.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
