Role Description The Center Manager is responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth patient flow, and maintaining a high standard of service quality and safety. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru includes managing front-desk and support staff, coordinating schedules, and optimizing appointment bookings to enhance client experience and operational efficiency. The Center Manager monitors clinic performance metrics, handles inventory and vendor coordination, and ensures adherence to standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements. The role also involves addressing client concerns, supporting marketing and community outreach activities,



and collaborating closely with medical professionals to maintain a professional, welcoming environment.
Qualifications
• Experience in skin & hair clinics, healthcare, or retail center management, with strong operational and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in English, Kannada, Hindi
• Proficiency in staff supervision, team coordination, and performance management.
• Solid customer service, sales, communication, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Basic understanding of healthcare processes, appointment scheduling systems, and patient data handling.
• Ability to track and analyze key performance indicators, manage budgets, and control costs.
• Comfort with digital tools, clinic management software, and standard office applications.
