Role Description The Operation Back Office role at KATCH GO is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role focuses on supporting day-to-day ticketing and bus operations by handling data entry, transaction verification, and system updates in the back office environment. Responsibilities include monitoring POS and ticketing activities, reconciling financial records,



preparing operational reports, and coordinating with front-line teams to resolve discrepancies. The role involves responding to internal and external queries, ensuring accurate customer and operator information, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal team member will contribute to smooth operations by maintaining high attention to detail, clear communication, and timely follow-up on operational issues.
