Role Description The Accounting Administrator is a full-time, in office role based in Surat. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and assisting with the preparation and review of financial statements. The individual will handle accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank and vendor accounts,



and support month-end and year-end closing activities. The role also involves monitoring cash flows, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards. The Accounting Administrator will prepare regular financial and management reports, support audits, and contribute to streamlining financial processes and documentation.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Accounting and Finance skills, including experience with bookkeeping, general ledger management, and basic budgeting.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work with Financial Statements, including preparation, review, and interpretation of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for data validation, variance analysis, and problem-solving in routine accounting processes.
