Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead business development initiatives and drive revenue growth for Praxis in the Bangalore market.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, interior design, construction, workplace fit-outs, or turnkey interior solutions and a proven ability to build relationships with corporate clients, architects, consultants,



real estate developers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, managing the sales pipeline, generating qualified leads, converting opportunities into projects, and achieving business targets.

• Develop and execute business development strategies to generate new projects and increase revenue in the Bangalore market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate offices, commercial spaces, retail, hospitality, and other relevant sectors.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and upcoming projects.
