? Responsibilities:
• Work on US IT requirements and understand client Job Descriptions
• Search and screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, and visa status
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews
• Maintain and update candidate information in ATS/recruitment databases
• Communicate with candidates professionally throughout the recruitment process
• Work closely with Account Managers and Hiring Managers to fulfill requirements
• Meet daily/weekly sourcing and submission targets
