Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead finance operations across the EU, UK and India, with responsibility for regional accounting as well as Group-level month-end closing, performance reporting and financial reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities




• Own and oversee monthly closing activities for the Group, ensuring timely and accurate closure.
• Lead monthly performance reporting for the Group, providing meaningful financial insights to management.
• Own the Xero vs Prism reconciliation for the Group, ensuring differences are identified, investigated and resolved.
• Take complete accounting responsibility for the EU, UK and India region.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and inventory management across the region.
• Review key balance sheet reconciliations and ensure appropriate accounting controls are maintained.
• Coordinate with country finance teams to ensure timely submission of financial information and reporting schedules.
• Support management with financial analysis, reporting and ad hoc finance projects.
• Drive improvements in financial processes, controls and reporting quality across the region.
