Role Description The Senior Industrial Engineer Mechanical will lead engineering activities related to mechanical systems design,



process optimization, and reliability improvement for aviation and defense projects. This full-time in office role, based in Neemrana, includes overseeing mechanical layout and process flow, conducting time and motion studies, and implementing lean and continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing and assembly operations. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, validate designs, and support installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment and systems. Responsibilities include developing technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and maintenance plans, as well as guiding junior engineers and technicians to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
