Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, securing corporate and travel partnerships, and expanding the customer base for the company’s hotels and resorts. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and meeting potential clients, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts and rate agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.



The Business Development Manager collaborates closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to create and execute growth strategies, track performance metrics, and ensure revenue targets are achieved. The role also involves market research, competitor analysis, and participation in industry events to increase brand visibility and drive sustainable business growth.
