About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Recruiter who can manage end-to-end hiring for both technical and non- technical roles in a rapid-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities
• End-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure
• Headhunting, outbound sourcing, and bulk hiring




• Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
• Coordinating interviews and managing candidate experience
• Salary negotiation and offer discussions
• Maintaining recruitment tracker and ATS updates
• Working closely with hiring managers and founders

Requirements
• Minimum 1+ years of recruitment experience
• Experience in both tech and non-tech hiring (or strong exposure to either)
• Good sourcing skills on Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles with tight timelines
• Startup experience is a plus

Good to Have
• Experience hiring for early-stage or fast-growing startups Ownership mindset and ability to work independently
