About the RoleWe are looking for a Project Engineer to support the GM – Operations in coordinating and monitoring multiple sports infrastructure projects, ensuring timely execution, manpower deployment, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities• Maintain project milestone trackers and monitor progress against timelines.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Senior/Junior Engineers, and site teams.
• Monitor manpower, attendance, deployment, and productivity.
• Ensure timely preparation and review of DPRs and project progress reports.
• Track pending activities, delays, material requirements, and execution issues.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Fabrication, Installation, Quality, and Technical teams.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
• Escalate project delays, resource constraints,



and critical site issues to the GM – Operations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and support timely project completion.

Key KPIs• Timely milestone and DPR updates.
• Accuracy of project progress and attendance reports.
• Timely escalation and closure of project issues.
• Effective manpower and site deployment monitoring.
• Reduction in project execution delays.
• Timely submission of MIS and management reports.

Required Skills• Strong project coordination and follow-up skills.
• Valuable knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and project tracking.
• Strong communication, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
• High ownership, accountability, and discipline.

Preferred Profile• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in civil construction, infrastructure, project engineering, or project coordina
