Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads through research, outreach, and networking, and supporting the sales pipeline across NLET’s ERP, CRM, and automation solutions.



The associate will conduct market research, prepare and deliver client presentations and product demonstrations, and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs. Daily responsibilities include managing prospect communication, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up on leads, and contributing to sales proposals and negotiations. The role also involves attending client meetings, events, and industry forums to build long-term relationships and promote NLET’s services.
