As we continue to grow, we are looking for two experienced professionals to join us as Senior Optimize Engineers. In this role, you will resolve incidents, execute configuration changes, support complex customer environments, and provide guidance to junior team members.

What Are the Expectations?
As a Senior Optimize Engineer, you will be expected to:
• Build and maintain strong knowledge of SASE and cloud-based security across multiple platforms.
• Resolve standard and complex incidents, escalating issues appropriately when additional support is required.
• Independently execute configuration changes in accordance with established change management procedures.
• Apply certification knowledge and technical experience within live customer environments.
• Ensure every change is complete, accurate, and ready for review by the Empower Director or Empower Operations Lead.
• Support and mentor Junior Empower Engineers when appropriate.
• Serve as a reliable escalation resource for complex technical or customer issues.
